Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, develop, and execute creative design solutions that align with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Create compelling visual content, including logos, marketing materials, websites, and social media assets.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Produce high-quality design deliverables within established timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies.
- Work closely with other designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience.
- Assist in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines for both clients and the agency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1 year+ Proven experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
