Creative Graphic Designer

Description:

PaperTale is looking for Creative Graphic Designer.

The successful candidate should be able to:

● Understand the values, goals, and vision of PaperTale.
● Research and create innovative ideas, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
● Independently gather information from subject matter experts to create artwork for social or internal purposes.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in arts specializing in visual communication / graphic designing.
● Previous experience in making design ads and social media content.
● Understanding UI (User interface) and UX (User experience) design is a plus.
● UI / UX for web and mobile apps and understanding of responsive layouts, material designs, and technical terms is a plus.
● Visual communication skills, with a keen eye for details.
● Eager to learn and accept criticism and give solutions to the issues.
● Strong working knowledge of Adobe design software and Figma for UI design.

Desirable:

● Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts, and best practices for visual communication.
● Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.
● Desire to work in a startup environment and flexible approach to work in a rapidly changing environment.
● Regularly attending team meetings to discuss projects, brainstorm ideas, and put forward solutions to any issues.

Adobe creative cloud, Figma, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Zoom, Google meet.
