Major tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible to plan and manage a project to provide the new Crop Protection product, technology/Crop solution in the country, and ensuring that all processes and procedures are developed and managed according to country regulations and standards in a sustainable and profitable way.
- Responsible to provide and establish comprehensive technical recommendations for the registration process and Market Development strategy.
- Act as People and organization Transformation lead (towards Efficiency, Quality, Digital, Data Management, Application Tech., and Modern tools)
- Develop and implement the Department’s strategy that aligns with the organization’s vision and supports its business objectives and targets.
- Design and implement efficient and cost-effective Development programs and processes to develop innovative and profitable crop protection solutions.
- Together with RS, the Government Affairs team represents the organization's position and interests on legislation to government agencies/authorities, as well as in dealings with professional organizations (CropLife, research community/association).
- Lead, directed, evaluate, and develop a team of country Field Solutions professionally, to ensure that the Department’s strategies and activities are implemented ethically, effectively, and within established budgets, and complied with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Train and transfer knowledge of technical recommendation, product knowledge, and technical application of new product/technology to Market Development soon after registration/dossier submitted.
- Give a strong focus on Talent and people development, (high-performing teams, feedback culture, expertise and leadership, organizational excellence, positive team culture, and development opportunities).
