This is an opportunity to work on some of Pakistan’s most significant infrastructure, energy, transport, social infrastructure and project finance transactions, advising government entities, sponsors, lenders and international development institutions on complex, high-value mandates. Our projects practice is consistently recognised among Pakistan’s leading transactional practices.

What We Are Looking For

We are interested in candidates who demonstrate:

* 2-4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in PPPs, project finance, infrastructure, banking & finance or major corporate transactions.

* Outstanding legal drafting, analytical and research skills.

* Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

* Strong commercial judgment and attention to detail.

* Excellent written and spoken English.

* The ability to independently manage workstreams while collaborating within a high-performing team.
