We are looking for a detail-oriented Costing Executive to manage factory costing and financial operations, with a strong focus on import bill booking in SAP S/4 HANA.
Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com / BBA or equivalent)
➕ Master’s degree or professional certifications (ICMA / ACCA / CA Inter) will be preferred
🧠 Experience: 2–4 years (relevant FMCG experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage import bill booking in SAP S/4 HANA as a core responsibility
✔️ Maintain and update factory accounts, including costing and bill booking
✔️ Ensure timely and accurate recording of factory-related financial transactions
✔️ Prepare and analyze cost reports to support management decision-making
✔️ Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and factory operations for accurate documentation
✔️ Ensure compliance with company policies and financial reporting standards
✔️ Support monthly and annual closing activities with accurate costing data
✔️ Assist in audits through reconciliations and costing documentation
✔️ Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency in costing and bill booking
