Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Cosmetic Chemist to join our Skincare & Personal Care R&D team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a career in cosmetic formulation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in formulation of skincare, hair care, and personal care products
• Support laboratory trials, stability testing, and reformulations
• Handle cosmetic raw materials and ingredients
• Perform basic QC tests (pH, viscosity, appearance, stability)
• Maintain batch records, formulation data, and lab documentation
• Assist during pilot batches and production trials
• Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols

Qualifications

• BS or MS  in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry
• Interest in cosmetic & skincare formulation
• Basic understanding of emulsions, surfactants, and actives (preferred)
• Willingness to learn and work hands-on in the lab
• Good documentation and teamwork skills
