Corporate Trainer

Description:

This is a temporary on-site role for a Corporate Trainer located in Hyderabad. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for conducting HSE trainings, developing training programs, delivering presentations, assessing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The Corporate Trainer will also collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance workplace safety and environmental sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering HSE trainings and developing training programs
• Knowledge of HSE standards and regulations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Certification or degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field is a plus
• Experience in the construction, mining, manufacturing, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical sectors is a plus
