Corporate Sales Specialist



We are seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving corporate sales initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships with corporate clients. The Corporate Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in expanding our corporate client base and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.




• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven track record of success in corporate sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

• Strong understanding of real estate market trends and industry dynamics.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
