Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Head Office: 4G, Aziz Avenue, Gulberg V, Lahore)

Salary: PKR 150,000 per month, 1% commission on sales

 

Role Overview:

InstaPrint is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base in the corporate sector.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve a sales target of 15-20 million PKR per month.
  • Identify and prospect potential corporate clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within corporate organizations.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and propose customized printing, merchandise, and branding solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of InstaPrint's products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of orders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in corporate sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the printing, merchandise, and branding industry, with knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
