Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Lahore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and nurturing client relationships, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and developing strategic business opportunities. The role will involve understanding market trends, coordinating with internal sales and marketing teams, and crafting proposals to expand our clientele. Regular client engagement and ensuring alignment with client needs will be central to the role.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Proven skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
  • Knowledge of Sales Strategies, Market Research, and Business Planning
  • Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in Travel and Tourism Industry is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
