Description:
- Responsible to review the progress report before sharing to KAMs.
- Ensure good coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Development of meeting agenda, conducting meeting and preparation of meeting minutes. KAMs will support.
- If needs visit the customer with KAMs and to learn about sales and follow
up with customers.
- To assist the KAMs for conflict management and resolves the issue in
a timely manner.
- To make sure that all targets are achieved in time and with quality.
- To review that all the documents are completed and signed for
RFI/RFQ/RFP/Tender submissions.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive
suggestions for change.
- Any other tasks assigned by the respective Key Account Managers (KAMs).
