Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Management:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer, sales, and tracking records in Excel.
- Ensure data integrity by validating and troubleshooting discrepancies.
- Sales Coordination:
- Support sales teams by tracking orders, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Assist in generating sales invoices, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing.
- KPI Reporting:
- Maintain and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales performance.
- Create Excel-based dashboards to monitor sales trends and team productivity.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
- Generate periodic reports for management review.
- Process Improvement & Support:
- Identify inefficiencies in data tracking and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead tracking and conversion rates.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas, dashboards).
- Experience in sales coordination, data entry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in the tracking industry is a plus.
