Control Room Operator

Description:

We are seeking a Control Room Controller to join our operations team. This is a full-time, shift-based role, responsible for:

• Monitoring security operations and systems from the control room
• Handling incoming calls and incident reports
• Maintaining accurate logs and daily reports
• Coordinating with on-site security personnel and supervisors
• Responding quickly and effectively to operational issues or emergencies

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Control Room, Call Center, or Security Operations
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, emails, reporting tools)
• Attention to detail with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
