FIT Solutions is actively seeking a female Content Writer who holds a degree in Healthcare, Pharm-D, or a related field and is passionate about transitioning into the medical billing and healthcare communication industry. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have a knack for writing and a strong interest in the US healthcare system and its documentation protocols.

As a Content Writer at FIT Solutions, you will contribute to the development of informative, accurate, and engaging healthcare content used in medical billing, educational materials, compliance documentation, and patient communication. You’ll work closely with the operations and billing teams to ensure that all content is aligned with the standards of the US medical system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and write clear, concise, and medically accurate content related to medical billing, procedures, healthcare services, and insurance practices.

• Develop SOPs, client documentation, and internal manuals related to billing workflows.

• Assist in creating educational material for clients and team members in healthcare terminology and billing practices.

• Proofread, edit, and fact-check documents to ensure grammatical accuracy and medical relevance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including billing experts, operations, and training departments.

• Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and compliance as per HIPAA and US medical documentation guidelines.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's in Healthcare Sciences, Pharm-D, or any medical-related field (Fresh graduates welcome).

• Excellent command over written English with a strong focus on grammar and clarity.

• Passion for learning about the medical billing industry and willingness to undergo training.

• Ability to convert complex healthcare terms into reader-friendly content.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Prior writing experience (academic or freelance) will be a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Location: On-site, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 11, Karachi

• Remote Work: Not available
