Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of software and technology products/services
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Work with marketing teams to develop new content such as blog posts, eBooks, catalogs, infographics, etc.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to design/illustrate social media and web content
- Conduct simple keyword research and implement SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Promote content on social media
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensure all-around consistency (content, design and strategy)
- Update website content as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to make marketing collateral and work on onsite landing pages
- Be at the forefront of the latest developments in digital marketing and find opportunities to diversify & scale up the businesses while forming meaningful insights
- Develop a capacity for analyzing and developing digital marketing campaigns, while using these strategies to scale up business performance
- Plan and write content for SEO and Organic/Paid marketing campaigns
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-6 months experience of content writing/marketing analyst role
- Experience of social media management, web copy writing, blog writing or SEO content writing is preferred
