🕒 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
⏰ Timings: 10 AM – 8 PM
💼 Experience: 2–3 Years (Beauty/Skincare industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute content strategies aligned with campaign goals
· Plan monthly content calendars across social media platforms
· Manage social posting, community engagement, and performance tracking
· Research competitors, market trends, and viral content formats
· Collaborate with creative, design & marketing teams
· Support influencer collaborations, campaign planning, and launches
· Analyze performance data & recommend improvements
· Comfortable appearing in Reels/short-form content

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communication, or relevant field
· Solid understanding of social media algorithms & engagement tactics
· Strong creative sense & attention to detail
· Confident communicator with team coordination skills
· Comfortable on camera is a strong advantage
