As a Content Lead at Boulevard Holdings a USA based Group of companies you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our content department. You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising content strategies that align with our clients' objectives and enhance their digital presence. Your expertise in content creation, team leadership, and strategic planning will be instrumental in driving our agency's success.
Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive content strategies in line with client goals, ensuring alignment with brand identity and target audience.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, strategists, and editors, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure high-quality output.
- Content Creation and Optimization: Oversee the creation, curation, and optimization of various content types (articles, videos, infographics, etc.) for multiple digital platforms, maintaining consistency and relevance.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to monitor content performance, derive actionable insights, and implement data-driven strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
- Stay Updated with Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience ( more than 3 years) in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field, with 1 or 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing content strategies across various digital platforms.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team towards achieving common goals.
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field; additional certifications in content marketing are advantageous.
