Content & Social Media Intern

Description:

We’re hiring a Content & Social Media Intern to support content creation and day-to-day social media execution across our digital channels. This is an onsite role where you’ll work closely with the Marketing and Growth teams to help plan, create, publish, and track content that supports brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

This internship is designed for fresh graduates or early-career candidates who want hands-on experience working on real brand channels, campaigns, and content.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and publishing content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Support day-to-day content scheduling and posting using existing content calendars and tools
• Help write basic post copy, captions, and content variations aligned with brand tone
• Coordinate simple creatives with designers (briefs, formatting, resizing where needed)
• Monitor post performance (reach, engagement, clicks) and flag trends or issues
• Support basic community management, including comments and message hygiene
• Maintain content logs, calendars, and updates using existing Jira workflows
• Assist with blog uploads, basic formatting, and light content edits when required
• Support other content or marketing tasks during campaigns and launches
