MUF Digital is actively seeking a highly organized and technically inclined Ebook / Content Project Manager who can thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role is ideal for candidates with a sharp eye for creativity, strong coordination skills, and a passion for managing digital content production workflows.

As a Content Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of ebook and content projects—right from planning and collaboration to formatting, testing, and final release. You will serve as the central communication hub between content creators, graphic designers, editors, and technical developers, ensuring that every piece of content meets both creative and technical standards.

This is a night shift on-site position based at our office in DHA Phase 2 Extension, Karachi, and is well-suited for individuals who can multitask, meet tight deadlines, and manage creative workflows with precision and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project management of Ebook and content production for multiple simultaneous titles or campaigns.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, allocate resources, and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery.

• Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, editors, and tech teams to ensure alignment across all stages of production.

• Ensure the quality and formatting of content across various platforms (e.g., ePub, PDF, Kindle, mobile-friendly layouts).

• Conduct final QA/testing of ebooks and digital assets to verify accuracy, formatting, links, and metadata before release.

• Proactively identify bottlenecks or risks and troubleshoot workflow issues to maintain consistency and meet deadlines.

• Provide regular project updates and reports to leadership and clients on progress, roadblocks, and delivery schedules.

• Maintain organized records of project milestones, files, and communications for future reference and audits.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Publishing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in managing content or digital publishing projects, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.

• Strong understanding of ebook formats (ePub, MOBI, PDF), digital publishing standards, and content lifecycle workflows.

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

• Comfortable working night shifts (8 PM to 5 AM) and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp) is a plus.
