Content Producer

We're looking for a creative Content Producer to help build a personal brand from the ground up.

This is not just a videographer or editor role.

Your responsibility is to help create world-class short-form content that people can't scroll past.

If you love storytelling, social media, cameras, and constantly think, This would make a great Reel, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

* Film high-quality Reels, vlogs, and behind-the-scenes content.

* Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

* Brainstorm content ideas and help plan weekly shoots.

* Stay up to date with social media trends and storytelling techniques.

* Create captions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics where needed.

* Help organize shooting schedules and content calendars.

* Capture spontaneous moments throughout the day that can be turned into valuable content.

* Repurpose one shoot into multiple pieces of content.

* Review analytics and continuously improve video performance.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience shooting and editing short-form content.

* Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

* Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

* Good understanding of camera settings, framing, lighting, and audio.

* Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability.

* Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

* Able to take feedback and continuously improve.

* Passion for content creation and social media.
