Description:
As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all content produced at Eduta — from educational course scripts to digital marketing assets. You will manage content writers while also ensuring content quality, consistency, and alignment with Eduta’s brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Course Scripts: Develop and supervise engaging scripts for Eduta’s online courses and video lectures, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and learner engagement.
- YouTube Video Scripts: Prepare and review scripts for Eduta’s YouTube channel, designed to promote learning, brand awareness, and platform growth.
- Blog Posts: Oversee educational and SEO-friendly blog articles that drive traffic, build authority, and support learners and instructors.
- Website Copy: Ensure all website content (landing pages, course descriptions, CTAs) is clear, persuasive, and aligned with Eduta’s mission.
- Email & Newsletters: Manage the creation of learner-focused email campaigns and newsletters to boost engagement and retention.
- Social Media Content: Oversee the tone, style, and scheduling of content across Eduta’s social platforms.
- Content Calendar & Strategy: Plan and execute the content roadmap across courses, marketing, and digital channels.
- SEO & Analytics: Optimize all content for search engines and monitor performance metrics to improve reach and engagement.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of writers, editors, and freelancers. Provide clear feedback and ensure deadlines are met.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a unified voice and messaging across all touchpoints — from learning material to marketing assets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and instructor teams to ensure content supports Eduta’s business goals.
- Quality Control: Review, edit, and approve content before publication to maintain professional standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or Education-related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in content management, content strategy, or editorial leadership (EdTech or education industry is a plus).
- Proven experience developing course content, training materials, or video scripts.
- Strong background in SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) and content publishing workflows.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience managing creative teams.
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven strategy.
