Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of content writers, providing feedback and ensuring their growth and development.

• Oversee the planning, creation, and editing of content for digital marketing campaigns, blogs, websites, and social media platforms.

• Develop and implement editorial guidelines and best practices to maintain consistency across all content produced.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as design and SEO, to create content that aligns with overall brand strategy and marketing goals.

• Proofread and edit content to ensure it is error-free, engaging, and aligned with the company's tone and style.

• Track and analyze content performance to continuously improve and refine strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Editor, Lead Writer, or similar role, with 3+ years of experience in content creation and editing.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team of content writers.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

• In-depth knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
