Responsibilities:
Content Editing:
- Review and edit written content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging throughout all materials.
- Collaborate with authors and writers to improve the overall quality of the content.
eBook Formatting:
- Prepare and format eBooks for various platforms to ensure a seamless reading experience.
- Optimize eBook layouts for different devices and screen sizes.
- Ensure proper font styles, sizes, and formatting.
Ghostwriting:
- Collaborate with authors or clients to write original content or complete existing works.
- Adapt your writing style to match the desired voice and tone of the client or project.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards in ghostwriting projects.
Proofreading:
- Thoroughly proofread content to identify and correct errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
- Verify formatting and layout consistency.
- Ensure that all content adheres to established quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Ongoing Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience or interest to learn in content editing, eBook formatting, ghostwriting, and proofreading.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and style guides.
