Description:
We’re looking for a Content Designer with a strong graphic design aesthetic who can create on-brand static creatives and short-form social media videos (reels) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
This is a design-led role, with video work focused on social media formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design on-brand static creatives, carousels, thumbnails, and ad visuals for social media
- Edit and assemble short-form social media videos (reels) using existing footage, text, trends, and simple transitions
- Adapt all designs and videos for platform-specific formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute social content campaigns
- Ensure a consistent visual language and brand voice across all content
Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar)
- Strong design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
- Solid understanding of social media content formats and platform trends
- Experience crafting content that supports sales or lead generation
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Creative mindset with a strategic, results-oriented approach
