The role blends creativity with technical know-how, offering hands-on exposure to the full content creation pipeline—from ideation and shooting to editing and publishing. Interns will also gain valuable knowledge about YouTube SEO, audience retention, and video performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and collaborate on innovative content ideas tailored for YouTube.

• Assist in filming, editing, and post-production of engaging video content.

• Design eye-catching thumbnails and write attention-grabbing video titles.

• Contribute to growing the brand’s online presence through creative strategies.

• Learn and apply YouTube SEO, audience retention methods, and content performance analysis.

• Stay updated with the latest trends on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Passionate about content creation and has strong creative instincts.

• Comfortable with both behind-the-camera work and on-screen presence when required.

• Proficient in video editing/design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or Canva.

• Familiar with YouTube content formats and has an understanding of basic analytics tools.

• Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
