The role is based in Karachi (PECHS) with a night shift and the flexibility of an onsite/hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate will be a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring fresh, engaging ideas to life across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns

• Create engaging and visually compelling content including blogs, reels, short-form and long-form videos

• Participate in podcast production and event marketing

• Drive digital branding efforts to build and enhance online presence

• Monitor engagement and make data-driven adjustments to campaigns

Requirements:

• Proven experience with content creation and digital storytelling

• Familiarity with social media trends, tools, and engagement techniques

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Ability to handle multiple content formats (text, video, graphic)

• Experience with podcasting, event coverage, or influencer content is a plus
