This unique role blends creative content production with direct sales responsibilities to help generate leads, engage potential clients, and drive property sales.

The ideal candidate will be a digital-savvy professional who can craft compelling posts, videos, and reels with a persuasive tone and has the confidence to engage with clients, conduct sales briefings, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce engaging digital content (graphics, short videos, reels, captions) to promote real estate projects.

• Strategically create content designed to attract, engage, and convert qualified leads.

• Manage and follow up with leads generated through digital platforms or inbound inquiries.

• Conduct in-person or virtual sessions to pitch Sheranwala’s offerings and property portfolios.

• Build and maintain client relationships through timely communication and follow-ups.

• Play an active role in converting leads into confirmed clients, contributing to the sales pipeline.

• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with brand strategy and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or sales-focused roles.

• Strong communication and sales-oriented mindset with a knack for persuasion.

• Proficiency in creating digital content (Canva, video editing tools, social media platforms).

• Familiarity with real estate market dynamics is a plus.

• Must be comfortable conducting presentations and handling clients independently.
