Strugbits is seeking a dynamic Content Creator to join our team and help shape our brand's digital presence. As a Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and visually appealing content across various platforms, driving brand awareness and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, develop, and execute engaging content, including but not limited to blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience.
- Manage and maintain content calendars for various platforms, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the audience to build community and brand loyalty.
- Track content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to content creation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Content Writer, Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for content distribution.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to produce engaging content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for teamwork.
- Experience with photography or videography (not required but a plus)
