Content & Creative Associate

Description:

At TAGS, we’re looking for a highly energetic, extroverted and creatively driven Content & Creative Associate who can take an idea from a random thought → shoot → edit → publish → analyze → and figure out what actually worked for our brand.

What you’ll own:

• Content ideation & creative concepts

• Content planning and calendars

• Coordinating and leading shoots

• Editing videos and social content

• Publishing across relevant platforms

• Tracking analytics, trends & audience response

• Identifying what’s working and what needs to change

• Bringing fresh, unconventional ideas to our brand

What we’re looking for:

-> A strong creative eye with an instinct for engaging content

-> Comfortable taking the lead during shoots

-> Highly extroverted and camera-friendly you shouldn't hesitate to bring people in front of the camera (or step in yourself!)

-> Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Premiere Pro

-> Basic understanding of motion graphics

-> Curious about analytics and content performance

-> Someone who thinks beyond “let’s make another post”
