Description:

This is a full-time on-site mid-level role for a Content & Business Development Executive based in Lahore. The position combines strategic content creation with direct lead generation and revenue responsibility.

The successful candidate will produce high-quality written content while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include creating professional content for tender-related communication, researching bid requirements, and tailoring responses that highlight client strengths.

The role also involves lead generation, client engagement, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write high-quality sales and outreach content for email and WhatsApp campaigns
  • Create promotional materials related to tender opportunities and consultancy services
  • Identify potential clients within the UK health and social care sector
  • Conduct outreach through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls
  • Follow up with leads and schedule consultation meetings
  • Maintain and manage the CRM pipeline and track sales progress
  • Communicate professionally with care providers and decision-makers
  • Work closely with internal tender and compliance teams

 

Qualification:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
  • Demonstrated sales success in B2B or service-based sales
  • Proven experience in business or B2B content writing
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Ability to manage targets independently
  • Confident communicator with strong professional English and negotiation skills
  • Organised and comfortable working with performance metrics
