Construction Manager

Description:

We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from project planning and design to construction and handover.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the construction process, including planning, design, construction, and handover.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project management documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Oversee the selection and management of contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.
