Construction Manager

Description:

Zaitoon Group is looking for Construction Manager (Buildings/Housing)

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversees and direct construction projects from conception to completion.

• Review the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimates cost

• Oversees all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor the compliance with building and safety regulation.

• Ensures the highest level of professionalism, while meeting the Company' needs, and a commitment to achieve the goal of 100% timely delivery of projects.

• Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals

• Reviews weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes.

• Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.

• Assists in managing and reviewing the progress of contractors' construction schedules.

Key Requirements & Competencies:

• DAE Civil/B.Tech or Equivalent At least 5-8 years of experience at same level/position in a real estate development company/construction industry

• Should have good experience in construction/development of housing society

• Familiarity with project and department budget process and tools

• Knowledge of project control and construction technology

• Conflict management and problem-solving skills

• Team Leader with ability to direct and supervise
