Computer Cordinator

 

Description:

Al Mahdi Institute of Technologies is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Computer Operator / Social Media Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily computer operations, maintaining records, and actively managing and responding to social media queries from prospective students and interested individuals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

* Operate and maintain computer systems and institute records efficiently.

* Handle data entry tasks, generate reports, and maintain digital records.

* Monitor official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

* Promptly respond to queries from prospective students and interested people on social platforms.

* Assist in posting updates, promotional content, and announcements on social media.

* Provide basic information about the institute’s programs, courses, and admission processes.

* Coordinate with the admissions team to follow up on leads generated through social media.

* Support office staff in routine tasks as required.

 

Requirements:

 

* Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc); Bachelor’s degree preferred.

* Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Office, Email, Internet Browsing).

* Familiarity with social media platforms and basic communication skills.

* Good written and verbal communication in Urdu and English.

* Responsible, punctual, and able to work under supervision.

* Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
