Nearpeer.org is seeking a Composer for the MDCAT and FSc departments. This onsite, full-time role is based at our Gulberg, Lahore office. If you’re detail-oriented, proficient in Urdu, and skilled in document formatting, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Composition: Create, format, and proofread educational content for MDCAT and FSc subjects.
• Document Formatting: Format Word files based on predefined templates and ensure consistency across documents.
• Urdu Proficiency: Work with Urdu text efficiently, maintaining readability and accuracy.
• Quality Assurance: Review and refine content for errors or inconsistencies before finalization.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with content creators and subject matter experts to meet project requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Urdu typing and text formatting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and document formatting tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in educational content composition or formatting is a plus.
