Polani Textile is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager – Textile to join their dynamic team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in managing compliance frameworks within the textile industry. The Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to both international and local labor standards, quality certifications, and audit requirements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing third-party and internal audits, managing compliance documentation, training staff on compliance protocols, and ensuring the company meets global standards like GOTS, GRS, OEKO-TEX®, BSCI, and ISO. A solid understanding of buyer codes of conduct and labor laws, as well as strong vendor and supply chain oversight skills, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure company-wide compliance with GOTS, GRS, OEKO-TEX®, BSCI, ISO, and other industry standards

• Conduct and oversee third-party and internal audits

• Monitor and enforce buyer codes of conduct and labor law standards

• Manage compliance-related documentation and training programs

• Oversee supplier and vendor compliance across the supply chain
