Master Group of Industries is actively seeking a dedicated and vigilant professional for the role of Assistant/Deputy Manager – Compliance & Legal Enforcement at their Head Office in Karachi. This position plays a critical role in protecting the company’s brand integrity by addressing counterfeit product sales and ensuring strict dealer compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

The ideal candidate will be a retired law enforcement officer or a legal professional with at least 5–6 years of hands-on experience in compliance, legal enforcement, or investigative roles. Preference will be given to individuals with experience in the retail or manufacturing sectors, particularly those who have dealt with regulatory enforcement, internal investigations, and compliance audits.

This role involves developing and executing legal strategies to combat counterfeiting, conducting investigations, managing legal documentation, and collaborating with legal counsel and other departments. The position also requires strong field-level experience, including site inspections, dealing with violators, and coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and take legal action against counterfeit sales and dealer non-compliance.

• Conduct market surveillance and on-ground enforcement activities to protect brand interests.

• Liaise with legal teams, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory bodies.

• Implement compliance monitoring frameworks and ensure all dealers adhere to company policies.

• Manage legal documentation, evidence collection, and case follow-ups.

• Prepare reports, legal briefs, and enforcement summaries for internal use.

• Provide training and guidance to the internal team on compliance protocols and enforcement policies.

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in legal enforcement, compliance, or investigation.

• Preference for retired police, FIA, Rangers, or other law enforcement officials OR qualified legal professionals with strong enforcement background.

• Experience in the retail or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of Pakistan’s commercial and consumer protection laws.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and field investigation skills.

• Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
