Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly intelligent, strategic, and results-driven Compliance and Reporting Team Lead to oversee the company’s compliance and reporting functions. This leadership role is vital for ensuring the organization’s adherence to regulatory requirements, managing audit processes, and delivering accurate data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing company-wide compliance policies, designing and monitoring tracking systems for real-time compliance measurement, and identifying regulatory risks with corresponding corrective actions. This role also demands strong oversight of both internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and reporting meet executive and stakeholder standards.

Leading a team of compliance analysts and reporting specialists, the Team Lead will mentor and drive performance through clear KPIs and continuous learning initiatives. The role requires collaboration across departments to align compliance and reporting goals with broader business objectives.

Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with optimizing processes using advanced MS Excel skills, implementing best practices for data accuracy and efficiency, and evaluating new tools to streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & Tracking Management

• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive compliance policies and procedures across the organization.

• Lead the creation and maintenance of compliance tracking systems for real-time monitoring and reporting.

• Identify potential regulatory risks proactively and lead initiatives for corrective action and risk mitigation.

Reporting & Audit Oversight

• Supervise the preparation and presentation of executive-level reports, dashboards, and detailed data analyses for internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage internal and external audit processes ensuring full compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements.

• Analyze trends in compliance and operational data to provide actionable insights that support continuous business improvement.

Team Leadership & Development

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of compliance analysts and reporting specialists.

• Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and foster an environment of professional growth and accountability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and reporting goals are integrated with company strategies.

Process Optimization & Tools

• Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to manage data efficiently and accurately.

• Implement best practices in data management to enhance reporting quality and operational efficiency.

• Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new software tools to improve workflow and data visualization capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in compliance, auditing, or financial reporting, including managerial or team leadership roles.

• Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and driving accountability.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with data visualization tools.

• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
