Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Translate health and fitness-related content from the source language to the target language, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness.

·       Research and consult with subject matter experts as needed to ensure accurate translation of technical or specialized terminology.

·       Edit and proofread translated materials to ensure accuracy and quality.

·       Collaborate with other translators and content creators to maintain consistency in terminology and style across all languages.

·       Manage translation projects, including scheduling, prioritizing, and tracking progress.

·       Continuously develop and improve translation skills and stay up-to-date with new translation technology and trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in translation, linguistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years’ work-related experience.
• Familiarity with cultural nuances and differences in health and fitness practices across different regions and countries.
• Experience with translation tools and software, such as VDIO tool and others
• Knowledge of health and fitness terminology in both the source and target languages.
• PC Skills – Use of MS Office systems including MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Understanding of workload management and prioritization.
• Deadline-driven, and willing to work after hours.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills, as well as great telephone etiquette.
• A strong growth mindset.
