Description:

🔶𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, "SECP" regulations, PSX rules, and statutory requirements

• Support the Company Secretary in drafting policies, charters, and compliance-related documentation

• Assist in organizing Board, AGM, and Committee meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions

• Manage corporate governance documentation and regulatory submissions

• Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and government authorities

• Maintain confidentiality and accurate corporate recordkeeping

 

🔶𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

• Bachelor’s / Master degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in corporate affairs or company secretarial roles

• Good understanding of corporate laws, SECP regulations, and governance frameworks

• Strong communication, drafting, and documentation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and corporate compliance portals
