Community Manager

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site Community Manager role located in Lahore. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and growing TecHub's online and offline communities. Daily tasks include moderating forums and online groups, creating engaging content to share, organizing events, answering customer questions, and analyzing community data to develop strategies for community growth and engagement.

Market knowledge: 3 - 5 years of experience in direct sales

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Quick learner and excited to learn and grow in the industry

• Proficiency in any particular Sales CRM preferred

• Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships

• Strong ability and willingness to use data to produce reports on sales and market trends.

• Quantitative aptitude to optimize sales outcomes, conduct analyses for internal stakeholders

• Bachelor's Degree management or relevant

• Can actively work with other departments to get the reports done.
