The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization's online community in a way that builds brand awareness. As a Community Specialist, you will manage community engagements by hopping into different topics, from getting started to creating thoughtful and compelling content, connecting with influencers, and cracking relevant partnerships. Ultimately, you will bring growth by increasing brand awareness of our products while building the social media management community around Social Champ.

Responsibilities

  • Work with social media managers to generate social content that will drive communications.
  • Plan social content and maintain a content calendar
  • Monitor overall marketing strategy by overseeing social media campaigns
  • Own the strategy and execution of the social media community to drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Responsible for producing educational and aspiring content targeted at the problems of social media managers, SMBs, agencies, and entrepreneurs.
  • Build relationships with specific stakeholders like social media agencies, partners, and thought-leaders.
  • Able to maintain Social Champ presence in the community by actively participating in online/offline events and by initiating community-focused activities like AMAs, Webinars, Interviews, Product demo calls, etc.
  • Manage and grow communication across all the channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Discord, etc

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in marketing or related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
