Community Manager

AJ5D is a global turnkey design, procurement, and brand-led consultancy working across hospitality, residential, and commercial projects worldwide. We’re building a strong, engaged digital and professional community around our brand, projects, and partners — and we’re looking for a Community Manager to lead that connection from our Lahore office.

About the Role

You will be the voice and relationship-builder for AJ5D across our digital platforms and professional networks. This role focuses on nurturing meaningful engagement, building long-term relationships with our audience, and ensuring our brand presence feels premium, responsive, and human across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow AJ5D’s online and professional community across social platforms and direct channels

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, on-brand, and professional manner

• Build relationships with followers, partners, and collaborators to strengthen brand loyalty

• Work closely with the social media and content teams to align engagement strategies with campaigns

• Monitor feedback, sentiment, and trends to provide insights and recommendations to the team

• Support launches, campaigns, and brand moments by driving conversation and participation

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, customer engagement, or brand communications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Excellent people skills with a professional, brand-first mindset

• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once

• Experience working with social platforms and messaging tools

• Comfortable working full-time in an office-based, fast-paced environment
