Description:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Community Manager to oversee and manage our clients’ online communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with audiences across multiple platforms, fostering positive interactions, and ensuring that brand messaging aligns with the agency’s creative and strategic goals.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor clients’ social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) on a daily basis.
- Develop, implement, and oversee community engagement strategies to grow online presence.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner.
- Foster positive interactions, build relationships with followers, and address any community concerns.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account management teams to align communication with campaigns.
- Track conversations, trends, and feedback from communities to provide insights to clients and internal teams.
- Manage crises or sensitive community issues in collaboration with client service teams.
- Prepare regular reports on engagement metrics, audience growth, and community sentiment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or digital marketing (preferably within an advertising or creative agency).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and platforms simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Creative thinking with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement solutions and improvements in the IT infrastructure.
- Document IT processes and maintain up-to-date records of configurations, issues, and resolutions.
