Job Type: Full-time / On-site
Shift Timings: Flexible
Experience Level: Fresh to 1 year (experience in customer service, front desk, or community engagement is a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all visitors and members in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain a productive, welcoming, and well-organized coworking environment.
Handle day-to-day operations, including managing meeting room bookings, client onboarding, and billing coordination.
Engage with the coworking community and organize internal events or networking activities.
Manage WhatsApp/Instagram messages, emails, and calls for customer support.
Record attendance, log issues, and coordinate with the operations and admin teams as needed.
Ensure all areas are clean, functional, and secure during your shift.
Report daily updates to the management team.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working evening/night shifts.
Proficiency in using social media, Google Sheets, and basic office tools.
Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated.
