Community Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a Community Manager Intern who will be responsible for managing community platforms including social media marketing and content creation.

We expect you to be tech-savvy, have exceptional oral and written communication skills, and be able to develop engaging content. You should have excellent customer service skills as a “people person” and be able to regulate discussions with our community.

 

What we expect from you

  • Creates and implements strategies to increase engagement (Mighty Network platform).
  • Communicates with community members about upcoming mastery calls and other relevant events via email.
  • Posts reminders, announcements, and updates to keep the members informed and engaged.
  • Posts recordings of sessions in the community platform.
  • Summarizes videos and other content using AI tools or any online tools to highlight key points.
  • Creates engaging social media posts showcasing community events and activities and implements strategies through social media marketing and outreach efforts to attract new members.
  • Engages with potential community members on social platforms to generate interest and increase membership.
  • Takes responsibility for the project's management and success.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation
  • Ability to work and manage projects independently
  • Interested in community building and engagement
  • Basic understanding of lead generation strategies is a PLUS
  • No prior experience required; TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
