Community Management Executive

 

Description:

We’re looking for a creative, driven, and people-oriented "#Community #Management #Executive" to join our team. You’ll be responsible for engaging with our community across platforms, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring a positive brand experience for all.

 

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Manage and grow our online communities across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Discord, etc.)

- Engage with users, respond to queries, and moderate discussions in a timely, authentic, and professional manner

- Monitor conversations and user sentiment to identify trends, issues, and opportunities

- Plan and execute community events, campaigns, and initiatives that drive engagement and loyalty

- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to align community efforts with business goals

- Generate reports on community performance, engagement metrics, and user feedback

- Develop and maintain community guidelines and best practices

 

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field

- 1–3 years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong understanding of social media trends and community dynamics

- Empathetic, approachable, and customer-focused mindset

- Ability to handle feedback, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive community culture
