You’ll be the first friendly voice our guests hear and the one who turns curiosity into confirmed stays. You’ll be responsible for guiding them through the Zesora journey: from inquiry to reservation.
What you'll be doing
- Handling incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and digital inquiries from potential guests
- Guiding prospects through the Zesora story: design, details, and why our breakfast views are worth waking up for
- Turning interest into bookings with genuine, informed conversations
- Keeping things clean and clear on our CRM (yes, we like our data tidy too)
- Collaborating with the core team to keep our guest journey thoughtful
Who we’re looking for
- You’ve got a way with words, spoken and written
- You’re more “here to help” than “here to hustle”
- You enjoy people (even the indecisive ones)
- You’ve worked in hospitality or high-end service before. Or you’re a fast learner who can pick up the vibe
- You’re organized, proactive, and a bit of a neat freak when it comes to follow-ups
- You absolutely cannot be lazy or slow to respond. We need someone who moves fast, stays on top of things, and gets stuff done without needing to be chased.
