Sumato Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Communication Executive to support our pre-sales and business development activities. If you enjoy client interaction, proposal preparation, and coordinating with technical teams, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Prepare and customize proposals, presentations, and pre-sales documents
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
• Schedule meetings, demos, and discovery calls
• Maintain lead records and proposal status
• Support the sales team with client queries and materials

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Strong written and spoken English
• Professional email and client communication skills
• Ability to create structured proposals and presentations
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Basic understanding of software services is a plus
