Commission Sales Associate

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lahore for a Commission Sales Associate. The associate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and promoting online Quran classes. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential students or parents, explaining course offerings, addressing customer inquiries, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities. The role also involves regularly updating records and reporting progress to team leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using online communication platforms such as Skype, Zoom, and WhatsApp
• Basic understanding of online marketing principles and techniques
• Ability to meet targets, manage time effectively, and work independently to achieve sales goals
• Passion for promoting Islamic education and familiarity with Quranic learning methods is a plus
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
• Proficiency in English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus
