Commission-based Sales Agent

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Agent to expand our footprint in the EU region. You will be the local face of our company, building and managing relationships with buyers, distributors, and importers across Portugal, Spain, France, and Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential buyers in the EU market.
• Schedule and conduct meetings (virtual or in-person) with prospects and existing clients.
• Promote our complete range of leather safety gloves with product knowledge and persuasive communication.
• Coordinate sample deliveries and follow up for feedback.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals on a commission basis.
• Maintain CRM records and report sales activities regularly.
• Collaborate with logistics and export teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B or export sales.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German is a plus.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within EU countries.
• Basic understanding of export/import processes is desirable.
